1. Data controller

MatiLevrieri (hereinafter “we”) is the controller of the personal data collected through this site. For any request you can write to us at the email address indicated in the Contacts section.

2. Data we collect

• Order and billing data: name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number, cart contents.
• Payment data: handled exclusively by Shopify and its payment providers. We neither receive nor store your full card details.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, generated automatically while browsing.
• Communications: the content of the emails or messages you send us.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Managing orders, payments, shipping and returns — performance of the contract.
• Responding to your support requests — legitimate interest.
• Tax and accounting obligations — legal obligation.
• Site usage statistics — consent, revocable at any time.

4. Data recipients

We share data only with the providers needed to deliver the service: Shopify (e-commerce platform and checkout), payment providers, shipping couriers and our tax advisors. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, with adequate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses).

5. Retention

We keep order data for the period required by tax law (usually 10 years). Other data is kept only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

6. Your rights

You can request at any time access to, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing. You can also withdraw the consent you have given and lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
