Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. You do not need to give any reason or pay penalties, except for the return shipping costs.
How to exercise the right
Send a written notice to matilevrieri@gmail.com indicating the order number, the product(s) to be returned and an optional reason. We will reply with instructions and the return shipping address.
Conditions of returned items
Items must be returned intact, unused, with original labels and in the original packaging. We do not accept returns of products damaged through negligence or customised/made-to-measure items.
Refund
Once the return is received and checked, we will issue the refund within 14 days to the same payment method used for the purchase. Original shipping costs are not refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Exceptions
It is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal on customised, made-to-measure or items produced according to the customer’s specific requests. The legal guarantee against conformity defects always remains valid.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a conformity defect or an error in shipping on our part.
