Terms & Conditions of Sale
Last updated: 27/10/2026
1. General information
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of products available on the MatiLevrieri website. Placing an order implies that you have read and fully accepted these terms.
2. Seller details
Products are sold by Mati Levrieri di Anna Lisa Iacomelli. Legal address, VAT number, REA and certified email address are shown in the site footer. For any communication write to matilevrieri@gmail.com.
3. Products and prices
Each product page shows description, materials, available variants and price including VAT. Images are indicative and may differ slightly in tone or finish. Prices may be changed at any time, but do not affect orders already confirmed.
4. Orders
The order is considered confirmed once payment is completed. You will receive a summary email with the purchase details. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in the event of an obvious error in price or availability.
5. Payments
Payments are processed securely via Shopify checkout. We accept the main credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and any other methods enabled on your Shopify account. We do not store full card details.
6. Shipping and delivery
We ship throughout Italy and, on request, also abroad. Processing times are 1-3 working days; delivery times depend on the courier and destination. For orders over €150, shipping within Italy is free unless otherwise stated at checkout.
7. Right of withdrawal
If you purchase as a consumer resident in an EU member state, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without having to give any reason. The right does not apply to customised or made-to-measure items, unless they have conformity defects.
8. Warranty
Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided by the Consumer Code. In case of defects or non-conformity, contact us within 2 months of receipt to find a solution.
9. Liability
MatiLevrieri is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of the collars. Always check that the collar is the correct size and properly adjusted before taking your dog outside.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the court of the consumer’s place of residence shall have jurisdiction; in all other cases, the court of Rome.
