We ship throughout Italy, including islands and remote areas. On request we also ship abroad: contact us before ordering for a personalised quote.
Processing times
Orders are prepared within 1-3 working days of payment. During busy periods or for made-to-measure items, times may be slightly longer: in that case we will notify you by email.
Costs and delivery
Standard shipping within Italy is free for orders of €150 or more. For lower amounts, the cost is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Delivery times depend on the courier and the area.
Tracking
You will receive an email with the tracking code as soon as the package is handed to the courier. You can use the code on the courier’s website to follow the shipment.
Delays and unforeseen events
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, adverse weather conditions, strikes or force majeure. In case of prolonged delay, contact us and we will carry out the necessary checks.
Customs and duties
For shipments outside the EU, any customs duties, local taxes and administrative charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend that you check the regulations of your country before purchasing.
